I work with adult individuals of any age and experience, as well as couples. I specialize in working with people who are wanting to create a stronger connection with their significant other or themselves.

How I can help

The challenges you are experiencing are not “who you are.” I believe that it is possible to build a ladder or a bridge from where you are now, to where you want to be. Through counselling, we build this ladder or bridge together using the strengths that you already possess, and the strengths we discover along the way.

Affordable

I offer 60 minute sessions for $120 (including HST) for individuals, with initial sessions being 75 minutes for $135. Couples initial sessions are 90 minutes for $150 (including HST), with follow-up sessions being $135 for 75 minutes. My services may also be covered by some insurance plans, call your insurance provider and ask if your plan covers the services of a Registered Counselling Therapist – Candidate.

Bedford Couples and Family Therapy is conveniently located near Sunnyside Mall in Bedford. The office is on several bus routes, with plenty of free parking, and wheelchair accessibility.
